size
I wear a size 8 in a street shoe and 8.5 in running shoes. I have a high instep; I tried size 8 first and it was too tight. I just received the 8.5 today. Im wearing the boots with medium weight Smartwool socks. They feel VERY comfortable, light weight (for snow boots) and warm. Ill be trekking around in 10 degree weather and they should be perfect.
Extremely Pleased
True to size and super lightweight! This comfortable shoe fits great even under my dress pants and looks like a running shoe with jeans. I've had frost nip in my toes a while back and finally a warm boot that isn't clunky. I Highly recommend these!
Almost perfect
I found these boots true to size, so light-weight, and very warm and waterproof. I've been walking through 12" of snow in 8 degree weather with them and my feet stay very comfortably warm and dry. They did give me big blisters on the backs of my heels, but I'm hoping they get softer as they break in. Even if they don't I'll tape some cardboard in there for protection and wear them anyway because they're so perfect otherwise.
Great boot, just not for my feet.
These are great boots, fit true to size, good arch support, look really good. Nice and easy to take on and off, very comfortable for a boot. The only drawback is it was very stiff along the back of the boot along the achilles area which ended up causing a pressure point on the back of my heel. I'm bummed as I really enjoyed the boot otherwise.
Very good comfortable boot
I really like this boot. 1/2 size up was too small with regular socks so ordered up one full size. Boot is very nice looking and we just got back from Wyoming(and it was very cold there!) and the shoe handled snow and ice quite well. It is insulated but my feet got cold only on the coldest nights (5 degrees) with moderately heavy hiker socks. I would recommend this boot
