A perfect fit!
I was given this pack as a gift a year ago- and use it constantly. I first used it traveling around Mexico, it was perfect for day trips! I really tested the durability too, throwing it in kayaks, in the back of a van, sitting on it while taking breaks, and hiking through the jungle. I use it every weekend while hiking, and forget I'm wearing a pack- it fits me very comfortably. I really like fact that it is hyrdration compatible. I slammed the door of my Jeep on the buckle that clips the waist strap and shattered it. I called North Face- and with no questions they dropped another one in the mail to me, free of charge! I would buy this backpack again in a heartbeat!

Love it!
I mainly bought this pack for commuting on my bike. I would get really sweaty when I wore a regular backpack and found the air vent in the back of the remedy pack works great! I also love the front zipper pocket.
