Best purchase ever
I am very happy when i received an unrivaled layering piece, the Women's Redpoint Opus Jacket from The North Face features PrimaLoft Eco insulation and a soft, comfortable raschel lining and i hope this review will help the other customer when they want to purchase it.
super comfortable
I love the way this jacket fits me. I'm very petite and coats are usually too long or too wide for me, but this jacket fits just right and I still look like a woman. The raschel lining is so comfortable, I can wear it even over just a tshirt. I bought it to replace an inner soft shell for a winter coat that I had bought a few years ago, and it zipped right into it, perfectly compatible. Perfect by itself as a sleek jacket or under a parka for windy wintery days.
RED POINT
A great jacket and really warm. Just the color is not the same as ont the internet
Cute jacket!
I ordered the Retro Pink color which is a really nice bright color. It has a soft fleece collar in a dark gray color which is attractive. However, I'm afraid it might not be warm enough for where I live. If you wore this on warmer winter days with no wind, you would be fine.
Wish I weren't so tall...
I have been looking for a jacket like this for months! The Opus seemed perfect. Soft on the inside, and wind protection on the outside...and not too heavy or bulky. However, at 5'10", my shoulders are too broad, and my arms too long for the size medium- and feel like I am swimming in the size large. This jacket would be perfect for a medium frame. Enjoy!
