Great!
Roomy enough to wear my impact shorts underneath. The side zips came in handy when changing boots/shoes. Spent a lot of time on my rear, never felt wet or cold. Great!

Nice fit
I purchased these for the Spring skiing season in the northwest. The pants have a nice fit, especially for curvy women. The main downside is that they're water resistant, not waterproof. I was soaked after 20 minutes of light rain. I later purchased the Patagonia Sidewinder pants and find that they offer better protection from the rain and superior quality overall. If you have a choice, buy Patagonia.
