1,200 cubic inches of daypack capacity anatomically contoured exclusively for women.
Unisex pack designs are usually a guys-only club. Women have shorter torso lengths and different shoulders than men, and that's why The North Face designed their 1,200-cubic-inch Isabella Backpack with a female-specific back panels and anatomically proportioned shoulder straps. You carry the load better with more comfort and control. The Isabella has a removable hipbelt and a simplified bungee attachment system that stands apart from traditional unisex pack offerings. There's plenty of room for small essentials in the external stash pocket or the multiple internal pockets inside the main compartment.

Great Quality Backpack
I have had my Isabella Northface backpack for 4 months and it still looks brand new. It is lightweight and comfortable (even when full) due to the way the straps and back cushions are designed which is great because I am a student and use it on a daily basis for school. It is ideal for students since it has 2 water bottle holders and so many compartments for storage and school supplies. This backpack is definitely intended for a petite female and my only wish is that I would have purchased a bag that was slightly larger.
for active teen
I bought this for my 13 year old daughter who is not very gentle with her bags. She's had it for six months and it still looks brand new. I am definately a repeat purchaser of The North Face products.
Back for college
I bougt this backpack for my daughter for her first year of college. She loves it. It's on the smaller size for school backpacks, but for college it works well for her.
isabella backpack
I really loved this backpack! It's a great size for a woman, and it's lightweight. The straps fit over the shoulders just right. It also has many compartment to put all my stuff in, and the main compartment is very roomy.
Great little backpack
I'm using this for college, and while it won't carry my whole load, it gets me by from day to day. It is smaller than a mens' backpack, and will carry 1-2 textbooks and 1-2 small binders at a time in the large zip section. The front zip section has plenty of room for my wallet, phone, pencils and pens, and a snack. The quality of the material and workmanship is great and I can tell this bag will last a long time for me.
