Great
I love this coat. It runs big, but allows a sweather and looks more casual. The insulation is easy to unzip. It is a great coat for the rainning days, I wear it to school and leave my umbrella home.

Fabulous Jacket!
Two jackets in one - both look and feel great worn separately and together. Incredibly versatile and a decent buy. Not cheap, but it is a quality jacket - very well made.

Great Jacket
I bought this for my mother for an Alaskan Cruise. It worked out perfectly. The hood helped with the biting flies. Keep in mind that both pieces of this combo are warm. The size runs a little big but it allows for layers.

After looking for a new winter coat for a few years, I decided it's finally time to make a purchase. I settled on this coat, even though it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, because others said it was warm. It's okay for fall here in northern ohio/pennsylvania, but I'm nervous about winter. I don't think it's going to be warm enough. The apex liner keeps the wind off, but it would be much improved if there were a layer with some substance underneath, like fleece. It's fitted well enough that I don't think I'll be able to comfortably fit another layer of my own under the jacket. You could buy larger than your size, but I think it's meant to be fitted. That said, the quality is very good (of course, it's NF - you're paying for it). If you're just looking for something for outdoor activities like skiing, this is probably a great option. It would also work if you're not easily chilled. Being warm is a priority for me.
