I bought my jacket in December and loved it so much that I just purchased the same one for my mom. The removable hood is what sold me on this jacket versus other styles. You would never think that a jacket this thin could be so warm, but it keeps you very warm and does it without making you look like a football player.

I have been looking for a triclimate jacket for awhile now that I can use to NC weather and MD weather during. The Centauri Triclimate keeps you warm even on the windiest days of winter, dry on rainy days, and its very casual looking too. The outer shell is almost water resistant, the water beads off the jacket as soon the as the rain starts pouring. The hood is removable, so its easy to wear it on any cold weather days either its raining cold, snowing or just plain windy! GREAT BUY!

Great Jacket
i like the fact that this jacket is 3 jackets in one, very versatile. i bought the brown and white colored one, not as brown as the picture shows, but i love the way it looks. i am originally from minnesota and i'm glad i have this jacket just in case i have to go back during the winter.

Excellent Choice
I purchased this jacket for my girlfriend for Christmas. It replaced a Columbia jacket that just wasnt keeping her warm. Shes been wearing it the last couple weeks and said it was ok. We finally got to test it with the last snowfall and while we were outside (more than just going to and from the car) she made the comment that it was keeping her significantly warmer than her other jacket would have. Everything I have purchased as far as "The North Face" brand has been excellent. This was my first purchase from Altrec. The website was easy to use and the shipping was extremely fast.
