great product
It was a great product. However, it did not work out as my son wanted to stuff it with thick binders and really thick books.

Awsome Pack
The North Face Sure Shot backpack is supper lightweight and has lots of expandable room. The reflective qualities of the pack are great for night time. Only down side is that the belt strap is too thin as it does not have support for heavy items.

Fantastic backpack
First and foremost, Altrec's customer service is top notch. I really like the fact they provide fast shipping to APO. I was looking forward to checking out the new line of North Face backpacks for 2008--the Sure Shot bag does not disappoint, definitely one of their best looking packs. The bag has tons of room without a hint of looking oversized in any way. Also, the adjustmt straps have been improved--this time around, they fit snug within the buckles. This is one of the few North Face packs that has the small, convenient, upper pocket for your wallet, iPod, or keys. Altrec rocks!

Always bet on black
I got the black one from altec,and it's ultra nice. It goes perfectly with my black north face jacket. I like the fact that the white north face emblem is at the top not the bottom, so it won't get dirty easily. Also the side sure shot logo is in gray, not white.
