This Backpack Is Sweet
Let me just start off by staying that when I was looking at this backpack on the website, I was skeptical of what the Recon SE would look like in this material. But once I got it, I was stoked! I would compare the material to that of a pea coat, in a light grey (which might sound weird, but actually really sweet). But overall, this backpack has so much style and is so functional its amazing. I had my first TNF Recon for 8 years and it was getting pretty beat up from using it everyday. But my new one is a huge upgrade! The storage space is definitely enough for me. Being a senior in college, this backpack can handle several text books, notebooks and my computer. Also, there are tons of little storage spaces and compartments that are amazing! The laptop case is sweet and definitely worth getting if you are getting a new backpack. The padding on the shoulder straps and back are very comfortable, its actually approved by the Chiropractor's Association and when you have this backpack loaded up with heavy books, you really appreciate the nice padding! There is a new pocket in front, which my older model did not have, which is really nice. The one thing that I have noticed, and this is pretty small, is that the mesh pockets for water bottles are small. They could not handle a larger water bottle, such as a Nalgene very well. Overall, super stoked about this backpack and definitely recommend it to anyone looking at new backpacks!

I bought this because I couldn't find the older styles of the Recon bag and I didn't like the newer versions, so I bought this instead. The quality and the look of the bag is great, the only thing I am slightly disappointed in is that it doesn't have any tuck-away hip belts, but otherwise awesome backpack with tons of space.

Birthday present for boyfriend
I bought this as a birthday present for my boyfriend and he loves it! The backpack has a lot of different slots so that you can be organized and is spacious enough so that you can carry everything you need along with your laptop!
