Good shoe, better than expected.
I have worn NF in the past for adventure racing and quit wearing them years ago, if memory serves it seems the lacing system was bulky and uncomfortable (switched to Salomon). This shoe has an overall good feel, the lacing system in nice, fit is good, and has a light solid feel, I like to feel the road/trail and this shoe delivers. Depending on the shoe I wear 7 or 7 1/2, 7 fits perfect in this shoe.

good shoe
Good shoe, a little heavier than expected based on fabric body, i.e. heavy sole. Good traction. Great comfortable fit, true to size. Appears that it will last.

Great shoe, but not for high impact or high mileage
Overall great shoe. Comfortable and well built, great off road traction and protection from rain and mud thanks to the soft shell uppers. Not as heavily cushioned as I like for my high mileage shoes. Fits true to size. I'd buy another pair on sale to have around.
