I could sleep in them
These pants are the most comfortable pants you will ever have. I bought them for hiking but ended up wearing them around all the time. I'd still recommend a pair of zip off pants in mountainous areas where the temp will change quickly. TNF Rainier pants can be used for a layer of warmth or as camp pants (like I said, these pants are so comfortable you can sleep in them). I cant say much for the Durability because I haven't owned them that long but I will let you know in a few years if they are still around.

Nice pants
These are great pants, have a nice sturdy feel though are still light. The fit is excellent and no worries aboutr durability, it's The North Face. I wear them for hiking and fishing, love the asphalt gray color.

Great Pants
Pants are great, quality made, very comfortable, I would diffently buy another pair, Sizing is true to size, I bought these pants for casual use, could also wear them on dress down day at the office.

Awesome pants!
I spend alot of time outdoors working on various projects. That being said, I need a good quality pair of pants to work in. These Mt Rainer pants, along with the MK's I bought are perfect! They fit well, ride nice, and are very well constructed. I've had them about 3 months now and they still look and wear great! The pants also look great when not working as well! And for the price, you just can't beat the quality you get. Highly recommended and I will be purchasing more of them soon!

great pair of pants
I read reviews from other sites complaining about the low-rise cut but to me, it is no shorter/lower than some of the designer jeans in the market. The material is velvety soft against the skin. I love how it doesn't wrinkle easily at the end of the day. The pants are not "light" but I appreciate the substantive feel of them and it seems extremely durable. A great pair of pants especially at the price point.
