Awesome Shirt
I am 5' 11'' , 150 lbs male (very skinny). I got the medium and it fits perfect. Arms are just right for me but will probably be a little tight on a normal person (a good tight). The thumb hole is a great feature to keep your hands warm. The shirt is not thick but it gets the job done.

This Crew does exactly what it is supposed to
Looking for a long sleeve running top I purchased the Impulse and I can say after several runs I am very pleased. The first trial was a day I judged to be cooler than it was. Even though it is fairly thick material I was never too warm. Excellent body temp. Regulation !!! Next I ran with it on a much cooler day and found it a perfect choice again. I would say it's great from mid 50's to about 70 max. Gray panel on the back not very attractive but does the job wicking sweat. Material pilled a little but performance was unaffected. Excellent choice for cool weather running !!!

Great Long Sleeve
I liked this shirt so much that I ended up buying an additional one for myself and one for my girlfriend. The sleeve length and waist length are just the way I like it (I'm 5'10" and I bought a L). Great attention to detail and it was warmer than I thought it would be. I can't wait to rock it snowboarding this season.

Great running Gear
I bought my first impulse shirt 2 years ago and this will be my third season wearing them. The shirts hold up well and show no visible signs of wear. They are surprisingly warm.
