Perfect winter jacket!
Well designed, not overly bulky, and plenty warm. If you're worried about wind, then the condor is the best choice of the Triclimate series; the inner apex liner stops the wind dead in its tracks.
Great!
This is an awesome jacket. The North Face really makes some quality stuff. They really don't use cheap material and i have to say that whatever I buy from them is worth every penny. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about winter sports. I keeps you warm and the cold air out.
Excellent
It is one of the best jacket I ever have. Zippers everywhere, pockets, adjustable cuffs, hood, etc... what can I tell you?? it's the best!! If you remove the internal layer and substitute for the North Face Denali Jacket, you can face very cold temperatures..... the only donwside in my opinion, it doesn't come with hand side pockets, it has napoleon style pockets.... which are sometimes uncomfortable...
The Best!
Having thoroughly researched Tri-climate jackets, the North Face" Condor" appears to be among the very best 3-in-1 ski jackets available. The thick, waterproof outer jacket can take plenty of active use, whereas the highly wind resistant very attractive inner jacket will keep you snug in some of the coldest weather when coupled with the outer. And too, it is terrific looking and has my highest, very best rating!
Additional comments!
This review is in addition to the one written on 10/3/07. On the long slash side pockets, the zippers need to be finnished all the way to the bottoms and to the tops of the pockets. It is difficult to get something out of the bottom of the pockets because the short zippers restrict your hands. Also the inner jacket collar does not fit flush with the outer jacket collar even though the jacket. zippers are in place. It tends to bunch up! I, also, have another 3-in-1 jacket and the collars fit much smoother and are a flush fit! Other than these comments, the critique of 10/3/07 stands. Thank you. If the above critique is implemented, especially the pocket zipper situation, before I have a chance to my "Condor", I would like to exchange it.
