ready to purchase my third pair
I have owned two pairs of the North Face Arnuva 50 Boa's. It has been the only running shoe I can wear, and not feel the pain I normally feel after a hard workout jumping rope and doing plyometrics. I still feel a little discomfort because of my fallen arches, but the lacing system doesn't cause me the discomfort I get from other shoes. I am getting ready to purchase a third pair.

Buy one size up
Awesome shoe technology...they do run small however - so buy one size up! Saw these shoes in person on Dean Karnazes at the Kauai Marathon in Sept '09...figure if the Ultra Marathon Man runs in the them - then they must be tough. I did a blister test half-marathon run yesterday w/ mine and no issue's - unheard of! If you are a serious runner, these are the shoes for you.

great shoe
I have run off road for a long time, it is always a tough choice to find the right shoe. North Face makes it. Comfortable, OK looking, always a good fit and mostly it lasts and does what it should.. I own more than one pair. when I find the right shoe, I always get a couple more to last me in the times that I can't find the right one.. Boa's will lat me a lot of miles.. OK on the roads also..

The Best
I have 3 pair of the Northface Boa Trail running shoes and they the most comfortable shoe ever, My dog ate one of the heel locks and it was repaired for free. Quality operation and quality products.
