Love these boots!
I love these boots! They are super comfy and fit just right! I don't have large calves or small, somewhere in between and got these on with no problem. And the color is smashing! Also Altrec didn't mess around when shipping, got them within 2 days from ordering!

Great boots
These boots are great and a great buy at that. Fit is true to size, the zipper makes taking them on and off easy, and they keep my feet dry walking through generous amounts of rain and hail.

comfortable walking boot
This boot is flexible and provides moderate arch support which makes it my ideal for walking and light hikes. I have a long, slightly narrow foot and was relieved the boot didn't feel sloppy on my foot. Also the toe box is roomy and doesn't squish my toes. My calves are slightly wider than normal, but there's still room to tuck in my pants. I bought the gunsmoke which is kind of a darkish taupe color and seems to go well with both black & brown.

Nice Boot
This is what I expected. It didn't come up my calf as high as I thought it would but it's good. These fit my calves well with some room (I have been told that I have big calves) I ordered my regular size shoe and it fits great. I've been wearing them around and my feet have not been sore even though the arch isn't that great. Usually I NEED a good arch support but these have been fine still. I have worn them in the snow and even stepped in water accidentally and my feet have stayed dry. Very stylish.
