Red Hot Insoles - Just what I was looking for
I bought these to replace the stock insoles in a pair of Columbia "extreme cold" (size 10.5) boots. The boots are great but I'd get cold feet standing around for a few hours. The Superfeet Red Hots are the perfect replacement. The "E" size fit my 10.5 Columbia's exactly without any trimming and so far they have kept me warm where the stock insoles would not have. They seems to have shaped themselves to some of the minor deformities in the boot's sole area and consequentially the boots feel much more comfortable than with the stock insoles. We've had a snowy and cold winter in NE this year and I'm outside all the time. These insoles have keep me warm, but do not seem to overheat when I'm in a heated vehicle, so sweaty feet are not a problem. They have a relatively high arch but are similar to the Superfeet Orange I wear all the time in street shoes, so getting used to them was not a problem for me and they provide much better support than the stock insoles. The insoles cup my heels and give great lateral support for walking on rough terrain and across hills. So far, I've followed the manufacturer's instructions about not removing them all the time and so far that advice has been okay since my feet are warm but not sweaty so wet feet/socks/insoles have not been an issues. If they ever wear out, I'll be buying another pair.

Fantastic for Ski Boots
I purchased a pair of these red hot winter insoles as a last ditch effort to save my boots - it did the trick - the right arch and heel support - should allow 2-3 more seasons with these boots!
