Designed primarily for tighter fitting footwear, the Active Blue Insole is Superfeet's most versatile Trim-to-Fit insole product. BLUE provides excellent biomechanical support for the widest variety of foot shapes, and features Agion antimicrobial top cover treatment to reduce bacteria and help prevent foot odor. Designed for cleated athletic footwear as well as casual and dress shoes, the Superfeet Blue Insoles are a little thinner, and work well in most lower-volume casual and sport (running, mountain biking, or tennis) shoes, or when you can't remove the inner sole from shoes. This insole is also ideal for flatter feet that may not tolerate the more supportive Performance Green Capsule. This is the only insole available with a rear-foot control point that helps control over-pronation, giving you less stress on your muscles and joints. This stabilization continues at the mid-foot for enhanced control and less muscle fatigue. The patented shape is easily trimmed to fit the widest range of footwear. The low-profile design is also excellent for shoes that don't have removable footbeds.

I can walk better now!
First, let me say that there is a break in period for these. You need to sit with them while you are on the couch! You will feel your foot getting used to having something under it. Then you need to start slowly with them. With that being said, I would like one pair for every pair of shoes. I can finally walk b/c I have flat feet and I was always tripping on my own feet! I was able to push the inserts straight down and not have to trim....nice product ...worth trying out!

Good product
Last year I happened to get Superfeet insoles and tried. I didn't hurt my feet anymore. It's really a good product that I ever had. Thanks.

Worth the Money!!
Clearly these are worth every penny, and I wished I had not been so weary of trying something like this before. If only I had tried these insoles several years ago because they really do make a huge difference!! I own both the blue and black insoles: I use the black ones for my dress shoes and the blue insoles for my running, hiking, tennis, and golf shoes. The blue insoles provide the best support for us flat feet folks, but it's taken about three days to fully get use to them. And to be honest, I think I prefer the blue ones for my flat feet!! I also own the black insoles and they have felt great on the first day I put them in my dress shoes, but I really feel like the blue provide the best support overall for flat feet! So all in all, don't wait any longer, buy them and feel the difference. Heck, Altrec has a great return policy and so does Superfeet...so really you can't lose trying them!!

Worth the price
These insoles are the greatest thing ever. I was running in Nike Air Equalons last year & they were perfect for me, except for the insole (which had a very high arch). I needed new insoles and did some research and found out about SuperFeet. I've been using the Blues for almost 2 years and wouldn't think of running without them.

Excellent
Superfeet work very well. I was ready to throw away my old cycling shoes because they hurt my feet. I got some Superfeet and they have been going strong for 3 years! Great comfort and support. I have them in all my shoes now.
