Nice Quality; Not Great Fit
I love Smartwool products generally, but I have issues with the fit of these otherwise great hats. It could be just my boys. They have big heads. First, we ordered the S/M (my boys are 2 and 4). The hats were so small and tight that neither boy was willing to wear them. I exchanged them for the next size up (M/L). This size comfortably pulls over their heads and keeps there ears snug and warm when they stay in place. The hats are thick with a nice lining and super cute. That said, this bigger size now slides up and off their heads at a regular pace. I find myself pulling the hats back down over the ears frequently. It could be that these are too big and my boys and somewhat in between sizes, but I don't think so. I think they are just an awkward fit, which is disappointing because I otherwise think they are great.
