Light, warm & soft, perfect lounging footwear
Forget cold feet!!! These booties are perfect for lounging around the house on a cool day, and will not hamper any of your activities, as they are quite light, not too bulky, yet provide the necessary coverage with their increased height. They almost feel like a pair of socks with soles. The soft lining renders them very comfortable, and easy to pull on and take off. They are generously sized and do not have an elastic band on top, but a drawstring would probably be helpful for outdoor activities under more "demanding" weather conditions.
Warm and light
I bought these for my mother after she fell and broke her hip and got tired of cold feet in the hospital. Thus she is telling me how to write her review. They are very warm and very light which allows me to better get around in my weakened condition. I have size 8 feet and the medium fits me very well. I have not found these slippers too slippery on any surfaces yet. I also love the light blue color.
Great Booties!
These saved me in minus 12 temperatures over the holiday! So comfortable and warm. I would not recommend for long treks outside, but perfect for slipping off your snow boots and warming your feet up!
Comfortable and Warm
I purchased one pair as a present and one for myself. We are both vey pleased with the comfort and warmth. They are light, easy to put on and take off, and are warm but not hot. They are great for around the house. As indicated in other reviews, I suggest you should order a size larger than you would normally wear because they do run a little small. I cannot comment on durability since we have only had them a week.
Warm tootsies
I haven't spent a lot of time in the booties because I need to exchange them for a larger size. I wear a 10 or 10.5 narrow and can usually get by with the smaller size. I ordered a large. Realistically, 9.5 is the largest foot for a large unless you want your toe all the way to the front edge. I'm uncertain as to how the sole will hold up for some outdoor wear at basecamp.
