Trail Runnin with the ProGrid Triumph 7!
After several attempts to find the perfect on and offroad shoe, I think I have found the one. After wearing several brands of shoes, over a period of 2 years and still having my knee's/leg's hurt after long trail runs, I went to specialists that told me to stick with a certain type of shoe. Shoes with too soft of a heal will do me in. I have found my match! Now my knee's/leg's/back, etc. can all enjoy the same run with the Saucony ProGrid Triumph 7!! BTW: I am 6'2" 175lbs with narrow feet and the sizes seem to run about a half size small in the men's selection. I wear an 10.5 normally, but the 11 fit nicely, since they are a narrow and snug shoe my foot doesn't flop all over the place!
