Great Shoes
They are great and I stepped in 2.5 in. of water and I stayed dry!!! They are perfect for anyone wanting a waterproof, comfortable, stylish outdoor shoe!!! :)

Very cute -- others noticed and think so too.
Very stylish tough looking shoe. I have AAA heels so shoe runs a bit loose in the heel area and a little high such that it touches / rubs my ankle bones somewhat. I wish the sides were cut deeper. Other than this, the shoe is good looking and very functional. Have not been in a rain storm yet but I can tell they are waterproof.

stiff, not cushioned enough,small toe box
no doubt these shoes look great....if salomon could pair their styles with Asics comfort it would be a perfect shoe..its an ok shoe to wear around but not a performance shoe....i gave them a try on the treadmill two days in a row...my feet wouldnt let me be at peace...my little toes were red and the shoe is far too stiff....asics are ready right out of the box...

good shoe/marathon worthy
really like these shoes, will buy another pair. they work great for me at my 9-10 minute/mile pace on muddy, wet roadsides and occasional trails. liked the lacing system and the goretex is great for rain/snow. shoes fit my average feet well (my feet are on the wider side with normal to higher arches but nothing strange). fit was roomy but not excessive. Could see how they might be a half-size large for some but my normal size was right for me. As a non-competitive runner, these shoes worked great for me in an annual marathon I've been doing for the past 4 years and in another 16-mile race. Not an everyday high mileage runner - depending on the time of year, daily mileage is none at all, 2-5 or max 10. probably not something people who do most of their running on dry smooth pavement need as a running shoe. still a great shoe for comfort and casual wear.

THESE SHOES ARE THE BEST FOR TRAIL RUNNING AND HIKING. THEY KEEP MY FEET WARM AND DRY IN THE WINTER. I WON'T WEAR ANYOTHER KIND. THEY ARE THE BEST SHOE FOR KEEPING MY FEET STABLE WHILE RUNNING.
