passed the chicago winter test
Although I originally bought this jacket for skiing only, it was too cute to limit its use. it's simply great on and off slopes; any jacket that withstands Chicago winds and looks flattering at the same time as this one does is a winner in my book. it's also very versatile -I have used the inner shell/jacket for running and cross-country skiing.

Super warm, good quality.
I love this jacket. I am 5'6 and 100lbs and I bought the small. I probably should've gotten the XS, its a little big but not too bad. The pink is quite bright but not obnoxious. Super warm even while skiing in upstate NY with the temp below zero. Anyone on the fence, order it. I think you'll be happy.

nicely taylored jacket but a bit too slim
This jacket is very flattering. It has a very slim fit and nice details. The arm zipper pocket was a nice detail and the fabric is wonderful... it really moves with you. I also think the coat would be plenty warm for snowboarding, especially with the inner liner. I wasn't wild about the color... the hot pink was a bit too overpowering on me. It was also just a tad too tight for me. I would like to be able to wear some layers underneath, and it was just a tad too tight. It also doesn't have any underarm zippers for ventilation, which I would like to have seen.
