Great pair of pants for any activity. They're comfortable, durable, and wonderful to wear anytime. Great for camping, kayaking, and just lounging around the house.
Great pants for travel
I got the Bliss pants to wear hiking and traveling. The material seems excellent for this - a bit of stretch, moisture-wicking, lightweight. Some reviews have talked about the pockets fitting oddly -- I didn't find this to be the case. I'm 5'6", 145 pounds, and have somewhat wide hips -- and thought the size medium fit well (pockets included). The length of the pants is good, and they seem pretty durable. The pants make a slight "swooshing" side when walking, but nothing too noticeable.
Great pants
I have Bliss Knickers that I love. They're very practical with the pockets in front, breathable fabric, easy to wash and wear, perfect for yoga and just about anything else you want to do. This is my first pair of full length Bliss pants, and I like them a lot. The drawstring waist is a little different from the knickers, thinner. The inseam is long, but perfect for me (I think it's about 32 inches). The pockets are a little deeper and more substantial than the knickers. The fabric is still lightweight and very easy to wear/move around in. These will be a staple in my wardrobe. So comfortable.
Not what I expected, but OK
I bought a pair of Prana Bliss Capri a few years ago, so I thought that these pants would be made with a similar weight material. . . wrong. The pant material is stiffer and heavier weight and I would not have chosen this for a yoga type pants. They do stretch, but the pants are more suitable for trekking/hiking or just walking the dog. I'll keep them, but I was disappointed only because the previous pair was so much lighter, looked more elegant and traveled well. This pair of Prana bliss wrinkles easily and doesn't flow as well as the previous incarnation of the pants.
