wear something more supportive underneath
These tights are thin, if you only wear these shorts, there isn't much support. Especially since the smallest size is a small. My waist is a 30 and I have pretty muscular legs but the leg opens on a small were still a little loose and in the butt and groin area too, which doesn't work so well for tights. I tend to wear another pair of tights underneath these. The thin material also makes these tights a little too revealing.
