Great rope
I love the hell outta this rope! It's my second nomad. I was looking for a replacement online and found this site where you get free shipping on orders over 45 bucks. How can you go wrong with that? It arrived quickly and I haven't looked back. In the future I'm getting all my equipment from Altrec. The rope itself works like a charm. My last nomad went to Korea with me and took it all in stride. I have never had any complaints.

LOVE this rope!
I did a lot of research before buying this rope. I knew I wanted 70m and I knew I wanted middle markers and end markers. Only negative review I could find by an experienced and respected climber was that that the middle marker was a little stiff going through the belay device the first 5-10 times. I personally liked feeling the difference, slight though it was. My lead partner like me to call when hitting the middle and it was nice being able to feel slightly the marker when I was busy watching him. It's like a reminder. I'm hoping it's going to continue to stay being a little stiff. Did find it very smooth the 1st multi-pitch climb and rappelling with it was an eye-opener having only rappelled on a 10.3mm rope. But adjusted to it quickly. LOVE the color too! Can't miss it, that's for sure!

Great Rope.
Use: Sport climbing lead. The rope clips smoothly and the reduced weight really helps on long routes. Slippery and resistant to dirt, it's not showing any flaw so far. Works perfectly with a grigri, or my "smart".
