Recognizing that small children do not have well-defined hips for a waist belt to wrap around effectively, the full body design is a necessary requirement. A one size fits all harness, two DoubleBack buckles easily adjust in the back of the harness so that they are out of reach of the user. The bicolor webbing, that is black on the inside with colored outside, facilitates putting it on correctly.
