Great Pack
I really like this pack. I was in the market for something on the smaller side to use while biking and this pack is perfect. Plenty of compartments for all your gear/gadgets, and hydration sleeve as well. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Quality backpack
The Yerba pack by Patagonia is great. You just have to know what you are buying, and what you are not. This is not a large pack. That's why I bought it. I wanted something on the small side that is light and easy to use. So if you are someone that uses a bike to commute and you don't need to carry too much then this is a great pack. If you are wanting to stuff a lot of items into a pack then keep looking. All too often I read reviews saying that the pack is smaller than expected. Take a look at what a pack costs compared to other packs the size you are looking for. If it is costs less, like the Yerba pack, then it isn't as big. That said, I am able to fit a change of clothes and a pair of shoes in my pack and that's what I got it for. It works like a charm and I know it will last because it's made well by Patagonia.
Typical Patagonia high quality. The pack is a little smaller that I was envisioning, but for the most part I like that. I use this to transport my laptop, day planner, etc., to and from the office daily, and it's the perfect size for that. Only slight bummer is the size of the compartment for the laptop. Was advertised as holding up to a 17" laptop, which mine is. While it does technically fit my computer it's a squeeze, and takes a little extra effort to slide in and out. All the extra little pockets and compartments inside are nice, and the outside pocket is perfect for a bulky power cable. I've only used this for my urban needs so far, but can tell this would double as a great daypack for short - medium hikes with a hydration bladder.
