When you're harvesting your favorite backcountry stash, it's necessary to manage the brewing weather inside and out. The hybrid Women's Untracked Jacket from Patagonia pairs breathable soft-shell materials with waterproof reinforcements for supple, lightweight protection in unsettled weather. The torso fabric is a soft, breathable 100% stretch-woven polyester that lets your steam escape; it's coated with a Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish to repel flyaway powder and new snow. The hood, shoulders, top of sleeves and cuffs have 3-layer 100% stretch-woven nylon panels and a waterproof/breathable H2No barrier for additional storm performance and durability. Glued construction throughout the torso reduces bulk and increases packability. A chamois-lined collar shelters your neck and face, and the fully-featured powder skirt keeps out cold air and stray snow; it also has webbing loops that attach to any Patagonia Ski/Snowboard pants. Details include a helmet-compatible hood, articulated sleeves, drawcord hem and ample pockets: two handwarmers, two interior drop-ins large enough for skins, one chest (with electronic pocket inside) and an internal zippered stash. With a feminine silhouette.

Women's untracked Jacket
The coat was great, I liked the fit of it and the warmth but did not buy because of the collar. I felt like it was huge and stuck up some. I have noticed the Patagonia coats with detatchable hoods seem to be bigger and flop a little more, definately like the hoods that are permantely on the coat. Other than that, it was a great coat
