Great shell for climbing
I can tell you it is on a par with Gore-Tex. It is very light, has a nice cut, several useful pockets. I normally wear size Xsmall jackets/softshells/fleece in most brands, but I sized up to Small in the Stretch Element jacket so I can fit a down jacket under it. Works perfectly. Its just a great weatherproof outer layer.
