Favorite product from Altrec... although some others are creepy up there. I've had tennis skirts and running skirts in the past, but this one blows this out of the water. The design is simple and easy. Favorite Features: It's not so 'spandex-tight' that I'd be uncomfortable to wear it in public, yet not bulky. The length is perfect for me - not too long where i'd be a nuisance when it got wet. And not too short in case I want to pop into the supermarket on the way home from working out, kayaking, ect. Details: Purchased a size M. I'm 5.4 and size 8. The fit is great.

Pati Skirt
I love the patagonia multi use skirt. I wear it playing tennis and also up in the hills when I am hiking. It is lightweight and super comfortable and I love the built in shorts. They stay in place. Runs a little on the bigger side but I like having some extra room - keeps it all comfy!

I bought this skirt to wear as casual wear on evenings and weekends (I often wear running shorts and thought a skirt might be more presentable). I wound up wearing it on a run, however, when I had a stomachache and my running shorts seemed a little tight around the waist. Now it's hard to imagine going back to shorts for a run, as this skirt is so comfortable and functional on a run. It doesn't bunch or ride up (neither the undershorts nor the skirt), the waist is incredibly comfortable, and the pocket holds a key more securely than any shorts I've ever had. It still works great as an evening and weekend around-town skirt, but for running, it's stellar. Plus, I don't look half-bad in it . . .

Great for Paddling
I bought this skirt hoping for an alternative to board shorts for sea kayaking. I couldn't be happier with the fit, look, or performance. I'm a size 6-8, with slim hips and no waist. I ordered a medium. I probably could have sized down, but I hate feeling constricted and the drawstring let me adjust the waist.

Love this skirt
This skirt is fun, comfortable and great for running. I have used it in a couple of marathons and it works great. I am generally a small/medium. I had to return to get a small, so the sizes run a little big. It is super comfy and the length is perfect for me at 5'8". I definitely recommend this skirt for distance and trail running. I plan to use it for my 50 miler in June.
