Great for the North Woods
I love the new design of Patagonia's micro puff vest. The quilted pattern is very attractive, however don't let its good looks and light weight deceive you--the micro puff can hold its own against the coming chill of fall and winter. I liked the vest so much that I actually ended up also purchasing the micro puff hooded jacket in red. You can't go wrong with high loft synthetic insulation in the north woods of Minnesota.

Really Nice Vest
I've been wanting a black vest that is warm, light, and folds up compactly in a suitcase. The Patagonia Women's Micro Puff Vest fits the bill. It looks good and is not bulky like some down vests. The inside and outside pockets are roomy and able to hold my cell phone, wallet, keys, etc. I am a cyclist and like the warmth of a vest in cooler temps. I generally wear a woman's medium on top and the medium vest I received fits true to size. It is really comfortable and my new favorite. There is really nothing not to like about this vest and it is a good value.

micro puff vest
The first vest was a bit small so I reorder the med and it fit like a glove. A great piece and a great deal. PS My girlfriend tried on the small and kept it for herself.
