When you're storming the gates of a January cold snap, you need warmth and dexterity. The Patagonia Insulated Sidewall Pants for Women are freedom-loving pants and insulated with lightweight, compressible Thermogreen (90% recycled) that warms even the most persistent arctic chill. The 2-layer, 150-denier 100% polyester shell (50% recycled) affords flexibility for big moves; the H2No waterproof/breathable barrier and a weather-sloughing Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish add undeniable wet-weather performance. Inside, lightweight 100% all-recycled polyester taffeta adds a nonstop flow. Mesh-lined inner thigh vents control heat on the uphill slogs, while fully featured gaiters keep freshies at bay on the descent. Waist features include a soft, brushed tricot lining to wick moisture, adjustable interior elastic to fine-tune the fit, a three-button closure and a zip fly. Two handwarmer pockets and one thigh pocket round out the organizational niceties. Loops on the rear yoke attach to the powder skirt of all Patagonia Ski/Snowboard jackets. The women's-specific cut is anatomically contoured.

Very thick and warm but run very large! Had to return them but would love to have in a smaller size
Designed to fit a body :)
I love the cut of these pants, these are actually cut for a woman's fit. Love that the waist at the back comes up higher. I'm now strongly considering buying a Patagonia jacket, especially given the quality and the system of the back of the jacket attaching to the pant. The material feels very tough wearing. Yet to wear them on the slopes, can't wait.
wonderful
Great fit, slightly more relaxed than I had thought, but plenty of room. Ordered a medium and they are baggy, even with my wide hips (41"). Long enough to go over my tele boots fine, length is good (I'm 5'5"). Seems like they will be warm too, haven't skied yet.
Good all around ski/snowboard pants
Not the most svelte pants in the universe, but they do have a nice inside velcro tab that lets you customize waist. Waterproof and warm and generally very practical. Light check box pattern on the white looks good - understated compared to "boarder" pants, but still some style.
Well made, warm, and nice fit
This is a quality ski pant. The only complaint is that boot opening appears to be very large.
