Exactly what the description says
These fit great (XS for 5'7" 115 lbs) and keep you warm on early winter runs. Not as stretchy as normal spandex.

comfy and warm, another great Patagonia buy
I'm 5'6" and 140 and wear a medium. Fits great under jeans and adds extra warmth for cool weather. I'm looking to purchase cap 4 for really cold days.

Excellent Buy
I love these pants! They are thin enough to wear under my jeans and pants and produce very little bulk. I have worn them to school on cooler days (<15F) and they provide a great second protection against the cold when I'm walking to class, and they never get too warm when I am in the classroom. They fit me perfectly...they don't ride up or fall down.
