We took Patagonia's popular Baggies and gave them a highmileage makeover. These longcut, quickdrying shorts use lightweight 50denier polyester ripstop with a wicking finish to stay cool and comfortable, mile after mile. Two front dropin pockets and two large back pockets; one with stitched compartments to keep energy gels secure; now with one zippered security pocket right below the waistband to hold a car key. With an interior drawcord at the waist for comfort, and a lightweight, breathable builtin liner that extends into the waistband and has excellent wicking performance. Reflective heattransfer logo and graphic. Inseam size M is 9. Recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.

Better Than Original Baggies
I bought these for my husband when the original baggies were unavailable. The fabric is softer, yet durable. He particularly likes the 9" length and 3 back pockets including a small zipped one. The raven color is close to black. Size large fits my husband well - 6' and 160#. He has already asked me to purchase another.
Comfortable all-around shorts
The fabric of these shorts is silky and lightweight- perfect for lounging, walking, playing, swimming, exercise, though perhaps not as good for scrambling over boulders on a hike. Medium fits right on a 5' 9", 150 lb. man. Good looking pair of shorts.
Great workout shorts
These things are tops....tough to beat workout shorts with functional pockets for when you don't have/need a gym bag. Patagonia nails it again. More colors would be nice, as someone mentioned.
Shorts to live in
The best shorts I have found a good deal for the price
Nice shorts
I am a 33 1/2 and I bought these in a Medium, they fit perfect. I actually use these to play tennis and they work well for that, the shorts have an inside mesh liner which kind of gets in the way of it being a true tennis short, but they are super light and wick away moisture like a champ so for me these are pretty good for what I use them for.
