A mountain and life-style classic, the Men's Nano Puff Jacket from Patagonia earns an overwhelming thumbs-up for versatility, surprising warmth and terrific all-around performance in a superlight, no-frills package. It's weather-resistant enough to wear as an insulated shell in a dense snowstorm, trim enough to pull on for chilly days spent on the rocks, and warm enough for spring days spent slope-side. The wind-blocking, moisture-shedding DWR (durable water repellent) finished 100% all-recycled polyester shell (1-oz 15-denier) sheds the elements effortlessly and can be worn on its own or as a midlayer. Low-bulk, hydrophobic, highly compressible PrimaLoft One (60 g) traps heat with remarkable efficiency even when wet and packs down to practically nothing to stuff into a single chest pocket for easy transport. The deep front zipper allows for easy ventilation while the dual adjust drawcord hem keeps the elements out and the warmth in. Made of recycled materials and through environmentally conscience means, the Patagonia Nano Puff Jacket for men is recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.

Staple for Travel, Outdoors, & Around Town
This jacket is used for just about everything. I've purchased them in several colors. The best feature is its ability to roll itself up inside the chest pocket. They are lightweight enough to always carry in my pack when traveling or hiking. And nice looking enough for around town. This jacket is the warmest jacket i've worn for its weight. Just enough to keep you warm, but not enough to cause overheating when moving around or things start to warm up. The shell sheds snow and rain. A nano puff, fleece, and patagonia rain shadow rain jacket are the perfect layering system IMHO.
A nice, warm, easily packable jacket.
I like this! As everyone else has written, it is very light yet warm. I am happy with that. The arms are longer than I expected, which is why I said it "Fits Large." However, that is a nice feature: to be able to pull my hands inside the sleeves for added warmth. I like how the whole things packs into its own pocket and stows easily in my backpack. My only concern about the jacket is the lightness of the fabric, so I don't believe it will be all that durable in repeated, rugged use. Nonetheless, I recommend this jacket.
Light weight, great warmth to weight ratio. Don't know about durability as I've only had it recently. Wore it under a rain shell for temps in alaska in the 40's and it was great. Very packable which is nice
Light and Comfy
This is a great Fall / Winter / Spring Jacket. Extreme light and compresses really well. The over all jacket is thinner that the Patagonia Down Sweater, feels about the same weight, in that you don't feel it at all. Especially in the arms which is really nice. Able to wear this with just a t-shirt underneath when taking the dogs out for a casual walk. Material is very soft in in cold weather feels really nice on the skin. Could be a little more slim fit around the stomach but other than that I like the cut. Can't speak to long term durability of it yet.
Jacket for Multiple Seasons
I had recently purchased a heavy winter coat with a down lining and enjoyed how comfortable and breathable the lining was. It seems that the Puff down coats are in style now and Patagonia has a variety of styles for all climates. The Nano puff is not something you would want to wear in the deep of winter although I have already worn it in 30-40 temps and kept me very warm. The great thing is that it's so light and breathable that you can wear as a light jacket on a hike in the spring and early summer, plus it packs very small you can stuff in a bag. The ONLY thing so far I noticed is the zipper on the pockets tends to stick which is a little annoying but doesn't rip the jacket and easy enough un-stick.
