Patagonia All Wear Shorts
I have three pairs of these shorts and they are fantastic. They are light weight and very soft and easy to wear on hot humid days in Vermont. But they are durable too, I've worn them climbing and surprisingly they hold up well against the rocks. I highly recommend these shorts.

Great pair ! Highly recommended
Bought a pair of duck shorts...very impressed. Bought the all-wear shorts....even more impressed. Great pair of light weight and very functional shorts. I travel in the south a lot and very good for hot and humid days.

Fantastic All-purpose shorts!
These are my favorite shorts. Very lightweight, comfortable, and good-looking. Fall just above the knee. Highly recommend these casual shorts!
