Versatile, lightweight socks with the benefit of moisture transport for superior comfort in cool to
Our choice for spring corn skiing in the Sierra. Versatile and lightweight, they're cut long for big-boot compatibility. Made from a foursome of yarns (merino wool, nylon, polyester, spandex) for temperature regulation, durability and superior moisture transport. Looped construction in the footbed, shin and over the foot cushions on rugged trails; felted, chlorine-free wool yarns provide long-term stability and performance. Jersey-knit cuffs dry quickly, and the Lintoe creates the smallest, flattest seam possible (making your toes very happy). Made in USA.

Great socks!
I have feet that tend to sweat and then get cold. The Patagonia socks are the only socks I have found that keep my feet dry and warm in the winter. I've had the crew socks in both the light and mid-weight for years, but decided to try the ski socks in both weights. They are just longer, but the same great sock. I wear them nearly every day in the winter. The longer socks work great under boots (of course) for all the snow removal we're having to do this winter.
great socks- love em for skiing
I have several pair of these and they're the only socks I have been able to find that keep my feet warm while skiing. What's most appealing is that they're quite thin- thus they're comfortable to wear with ski boots. Your feet won't overheat in these- but you'll definitely stay warm in the coldest of conditions.
My favorite hiking socks
Patagonia makes one of the best hiking socks-- and I swear by wool! No blisters and no stink.
Too tight at the top of the socks
Slightly itchy and they are too tight at the top of the socks on your leg but it keeps me warm .
Great Ski Sock
Patagonia socks are the best. These ones make great ski socks. Tough wool with no itch.
