I have used it climbing steep rocky paths
The cardboard inner supporting the metal part has started to wilt and fall apart but after many creek & stream crossings, and Seattle down pours that's expected.

Comfortable and cute
These are great shoes - comfortable right out of the box, sturdy, and cute in a bowling shoe sort of way. Plus the price was great as was the delivery time.

Great shoe
These shoes are comfy and supportive. Great for light hiking. I plan on buying another pair before they quit making them. I also like the traction with the Vibram sole.

Cool Looking Shoes
This is my 1st time owning a pair of Patagonia's. I have found that they run small. I wear a size 8 to 81/2. I got a size 9 and it is really tight in one shoe. I am thinking I need to return for a size 9 1/2. I can say that this shoe is made very well.
