Light, soft, and quick to dry; the Men's Outdoor Research Sequence T-Shirt has the performance of a Merino wool blend and the feel of cotton. The active cut fits more like your favorite T-shirt than a piece of technical wear. The seams are moved away from your shoulders for more comfort when carrying a pack.

Excellent baselayer
I'm a big fan of the Patagonia Capilene baselayers but these poly/merino baselayers from OR are outstanding. They are softer than Cap 1 or 2, warmer and overall better for temperature control, and wick and dry just as fast. I wear them both as everyday t-shirts in place of cotton undershirts and also as a technical baselayer for outdoor activity. Last winter on a particularly cold day (average of 5 degrees F), I spent the morning cross-country skiing and used the long sleeve OR zip sequence tee as my baselayer, wore a Patagonia Wool 2 baselayer on top of that, and then fleece and a hard shell. This combo kept me feeling dry and comfortable even during and after the most intense exertion. I highly recommend the OR sequence series. I'm 5'11", approximately 160 lbs., and a medium fits just a little loose, basically just right.
I'm estatic for there being no static!
Great shirt, nice fit, the forward-moved shoulder seams feel great under a pack. Oh yeah, no static cling like many other packing shirts.
Super comfortable shirt
By far my favorite shirt. The freshguard is great and the cut of the shirt is a little loose, which to me, is very comfortable.
Great first layer
Wonderful shirt. The wool blend really makes for a very unique feel. By far the best "feeling" technical t-shirt I own. Highly recommended
Great shirt
layers well, warmer than expected, wicks well, and either the wool of the "freshguard" seem to make a difference in how many times I can wear this short before laundering.
