Maybe Perfect
I picked up these gloves for rock and alpine climbing. I use them under OR paclite mitten shells. Once upon a time I thought I would someday be able to find gloves that did not wet out. They do not exist. Wool is by far the best option b/c they dry out fairly easily and seem to stay magically warm even when wet. These gloves are fairly thick which I like. They have a fleece liner which feels really nice but I am hesitant b/c fleece will trap wetness against your skin in a way wool does not. Jury is still out on that. If you are not doing technical climbs I can definately recommend these. Jury is deliberating for rock and ice.
Good Middle Ground Glove
Just what I needed for casual gloves for going back and forth to work. I like the grip spots in the fingers. They also have nice loops for pulling them on. These are not for wet conditions or extreme cold, but nice for just keeping the hands warm being out and about. They look nice when wearing casual winter apparel.
Great casual gloves
These are great gloves. They are warm and fit well, giving some dexterity. They do not block wind, but are great to wear around.
