Osprey Waypoint 65
I really like the bag. Osprey = Quality. I am very happy with the bag, although I am now thinking that I could use the extra space and will be getting the bigger bag (Waypoint 85). I will be going on a 15 month backpacking adventure and feel that the bigger bag would better suit my needs. I love the day pack feature. This will be a great carry on when flying. It will also be great to use when touring around. I really love this bag...

Superb Travel Pack
When we first started out looking for a travel backpack to replace our old ones that was practical, sturdy, and made for travel one name kept popping up everywhere, Osprey. This front loading, pack is a dream for travelling around the world. The womens fit adjustable harness fits like a glove, and after a few minutes of tinkering around with it, it almost feels custom molded. The ability to zip away the harness for when the pack is checked in is a life saver. If you've ever seen baggage handlers at work in ANY airport you'll know what I mean. The carry handles are super comfortable and wont dig into your hands like other brands do. The sleeping pad straps work great even for larger pads (my husband has his own Osprey 65 and his large pad fits it wothout issue). The daypack is a great addition for moving around and trekking once you've actually set up camp, or have checked into a hostel. The only thing that worries me a bit are the zipper grips, they have worked out perfectly so far but they do feel a bit flimsy and I worry they might snap when I zip open my pack in a hurry. Still, Ospreys All Mighty Guarantee gives the peace of mind to know this pack is built to withstand the abuse of budget travel. Highly recommended, I am a petite athletic woman and have found no problem adjusting this pack to fit me perfectly (and I bought a medium)

Great for backpacking
Great backpack for my trip around SE Asia. Lots of pockets and the detachable day pack is perfect for every day essentials. A little wide but other than that a great backpack.
