Sharp Looking Carry-on
I've owned other Osprey products - several backpacks - and I knew based on experience that quality is top-notch. I was not at all disappointed in the Vector's fit, finish, and style. Quite light for it's size, and very easy to maneuver with it's large "all-terrain" style wheels. Many handy pockets to hold keys, pens, wallets, etc, and there's even a pocket on the back large enough to hold a laptop. The handle is strong and is easy to use. Easily held enough clothes for a 3-day business trip. The only thing that's different about this bag is it's shape - you have to be a bit creative when it comes to folding your clothes since it's not a standard rectangular shape. No worries though, since I keep mine in the dry-cleaners bags and there were no wrinkles whatsoever when I arrived at my destination. Overall money well spent (no, it's not the cheapest out there, but you do get what you pay for and it's not ridiculously expensive like some "designer" bags), and it's not a carry-on that you see very often, which is nice if you don't want to look like everyone else out there.
handle issues
This bag seems well made, except for the pull handle. I had to return mine because when you push the button on the handle, the pegs halfway down wouldn't return to the original position unless you used your other hand to help them out. So it took two hands to push the handle back down. Altrec was going to send me another, but they checked out the other one they had in stock and told me it had the same problem, so they gave me my money back. I have had high quality stuff from Osprey in the past, but not this time. Altrec was good to work with though.
