Atmos 50 review
Atmos 50 makes a great day pack for someone needing a little extra room and appreciates comfort. It is a very comfortable pack and well made with lots of fittings and holds to handle all your tools and accessories.
Backpacking
I love this pack. Everything about it is great, but i am a hotter person so my favorite thing is the honeycombed breathable straps and amazing suspension system. This is the most comfortable i have used yet. I do wish that the pack had the rainfly coming out of the bottom
multi-day pack is an under-statement
lots, and lots of room and the air gap is AWESOME. Took it all around vegas and haven't filled it up yet. We have even put a Chiwawa in it and she loved it!!
Best pack i've ever owned!
You guys have created an AWESOME line of backpacks! I am packing to take a 4 day trip to Big Bend Nat'l Park, here in Tx. I'll be climbing a modest 7900' ridge to take in the view of northern mexico and will be staying overnight up there...can't wait to put the atmos 50 thru its paces...i'm certain it will amaze me. Thank you for the fast ship, i'll be doing more business with you soon. It wasn't inexpensive, but quality costs a bit more....! Best, rob
The Best Weekend Pack for Backpacking and Travel
I've had this pack for well over a year and it has been the best purchase I've ever made for a weekend pack. I've used this for so many trips where I fly for a business trip, pleasure, or backpacking, and I can fit everything I need for the weekend: dress shoes, jeans, pants, sweaters, several t-shirts, and even my 15" laptop (although it does get tight, but I can still fit so much in the bag). The external dual pockets are very large and I can fill just one with power-cords, headphones, electric razor, paperback books, socks, sunglasses in a case, etc.). And the stretchy front pocket is perfect for fitting a lightweight rain jacket (i.e. Patagonia Torrentshell). Also, don't forget the nice feature of having pockets on the hipbelt to put your iPhon, camera, iPhone, or anything else you might need quickly. And finally, the most important part about this pack is that it's extremely light for its size and carrying capacity, and it truly feels so comfortable. I tend to have a bad back and not once have I ever had any pains carry this pack with over 30 lbs in it. The shoulder harness has a great amount of cushion and the octo holes in it and the hip belt keeps you from sweeting too bad (trust me it's not a problem in the winter, I've used it up in Chicago from Jan-Mar and I've never got cold from the feature)!
