The Right Lenses For Being Outdoors
I recently purchased an additional set of replacement lenses for my Oakley Flak Jacket sunglasses (which I also purchased from Altrec several years ago). I choose the G30 lenses as I intended to use them for mountain biking, and I can only say that these are a great choice. These lenses allow for the differing levels of light that can be encountered while mountain biking, from shady tree covered trails to bright open sunny fields. Not only do they make it easy to see everything, but they look great too. The tint of the lenses helps bring out all of those things that you might not necessarily see when riding on the trails if you were wearing regular sunglasses. They also come in a carrying pouch which makes it safe to store them if you switch lenses like me. Overall great buy!

Great for sports!
I purchased these lenses to replace scratched ones on my Flak Jacket sunglasses. I purchased the root beer color. They are excellent for playing sports (volleyball for me) as they keep the glare down but are not so dark as to interfere. They also work well for driving.

Flak Jacket Lens
I ordered the lenses and was really impressed with the professionalism in which I received the lenses and the speedy delivery. I needed them for my glasses and was satisfied with the service and product. My only issue was I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. I needed the half and not the flak.

A Must Have for Flak Jackets
This was my first purchase made with Altrec and I've ever since been coming back to get more. I'm impressed by the fast and prompt services/responses provided by the customer service team. I got 2 pairs of Flak Jackets and since it allows inter-changing of lens, I've bought additional pair of lens so that I can mix-and-match them for different lighting conditions. These lens are ideal for all out-door activities and sports, and even on days where it drizzles... the raindrops will just roll off from the lens!
