The perfect balance of style and functionality. Designed for small to medium sized faces.
Developed for small to medium faces, the Oakley A Frame Goggle offers a Polaric Ellipsoid profile that's similar to the Oakley Wisdom Goggle, but without the almost-alien styling elements. The lower vents feature foam plugs that some consider more conducive to airflow than the perforated O Matter lower vents on the Wisdom Goggle. What the A Frame lacks is a hinged articulated strap and metal icon elements - if you can live without the extras found on the status - symbol eyewear, this is all the peripheral coverage and comfort you'll need for skiing and snowboarding. The plush triple-layered foam gasket features varied densities that conform to your facial features with far more comfort than traditional goggle designs, giving you a combination of peripheral clarity and fit that blow away the competition.

Great Goggles
Definitely a great pair of goggles. I've gotten quite a bit of use out of them this season and they haven't fogged up once and visibility is great. I got the Pink Iridium lens which works great if you don't want to always switch out your lens for cloudy and sunny days.
Good optics in these goggles
The goggles fit my face well. The optics are great. I used these goggles recently on a day with much flat light. I had no problems seeing anything. My only complaint applies to QC with these goggles. There is a small amount of uncured glue on the frames that extends past the point of the foam. I discovered 4 sections of this uncured glue scattered around the frame. Although it does not affect the functionality of the goggles, it causes my fingers to stick to the frame depending on where I grab it. It's not really a big issue to me, but this was unexpected in Oakley goggles that cost such a premium. Seems Oakley has a QC problem with these goggles.
This is my second pair of the a frames with g30 lenses. They provide great contrast in a wide variety of conditions, although sometimes on a very bright day, a slightly darker lens might be in order. The rest of the time they are perfect for my needs though. I also wear glasses, but have no problem wearing this goggle over them. A great overall product. Thanks Altrec for a great price too!
A Frame Oakley Goggles
Great pair of goggles. Just took them out to Tahoe and they worked perfectly. They were a little pricey, but worth the extra cost. They were comfortable, no fogging issues and I would highly recommend them.
