Fold-down waterproof closure snaps back on itself to create a handy carry handle that will also snap around a frame or D-ring. Includes tie-down D-ring on closure and side-carry handle for easy transport.

AWSOME
For the price it was the right bag.. It was small enough to clip to the rail in the canoe and big enough to hold a camera,trail mix, bug spray, wallet and keys to my truck...
