Love these headphones. Great quality and keep sound out pretty well.. I enjoy putting them on and zoning everything else out. I can do my homework with these on and can barely hear the taps on my keyboard as I type along. I'm wearing them right now!

Fantastic design with amazing comfort and sound!
These are the first headphones that I actually went out of my way to buy. I've received Skullcandy headphones for free in the past (and still have them), but nothing compares to the Master Blaster. With Altrec the price was so right. It was like 55% off the msrp, not tax, free shipping. They arrived quickly and are perfect for listening to all kinds of music. These headphones have an amazing tonal range and do justice to pretty much every genre of music. I will warn you (as everyone who's given a review of these headphones will do), that the Master Blaster headphones (brand new) put a lot of pressure on the ears. What you need to do is wear them in (you can also bend the headband (which is metal and made really well) until the pressure releases and you are left with amazing comfort and sound. Don't bend the metal back too much or else the headphones may be too loose and make it hard to bend them back to fit right. Overall the braided cord, the leather cups, and leather/metal headband give the perfect amount of comfort. Initially the headphones will be unreasonably tight on anyone's head, but work it in and you will not be disappointed.

love my master blasters! i liked them so much that i purchased a 2nd pair (have both black/gunmetal and white/gunmetal). base is solid (not overwhelming) and sound is clear/crisp. on-ear volume control is a great feature (and works well) but not sure how well the control is built (no problems yet but wonder if could have been built better?). i have worn the headphones for hours at a time and have found them quite comfortable - maybe just a little heavier than i imagined. fantastic style (what you expect from Nixon).
