Great stability shoe!
I have been running in the Nike Structure Triax for about 15 years. It is a great stability trainer for runners of all types. I have flat feet and the Triax gives just the right level of support. You can use them to run on the roads or trails. No need to buy a separate "off road" shoe. I love the color of this particular model. I bought 2 pair and I might have to buy a couple more before they change it up again!

My third pair of Structures...
This is the third iteration of this shoe that I've owned, and once again, it hasn't disappointed. I like it even more than the 13 as it feels a little lighter without sacrificing any cushioning or support (which I need a good deal of). My last pair lasted over 300 miles and I fully expect this one to do the same!
