Dependable, great trail runner!
The Alvord 7 is a great trail runner, stable and dependable shoe. This is my 3rd pair and would by another pair in a heart beat. As an avid high mileage trail runner I buy Nike's and only Nike's every 300-400 miles.

Great shoes
I have joint problems which usually makes hiking a dreadful experience, but after a long hike in these I was feeling just fine. Great shoes, great price.

I bought this model twice
I previously had the Nike Women's Air Alvord VI and really liked them, so I purchased the updated model VII. So far they are just as good and I look forward to many months of happy running as my last pair lasted 2-3x as long as any other runners I've owned. The only negative was the "gray" was actually silver-yuck, but now they are covered in dirt, so it doesn't matter!

Very comfortable running shoe
I have to have very cushioned shoes because I have problem leg joints. I am able to put foot inserts into these shoes to keep me balanced if I buy them a half size larger. The shoes are extremely supportive and fit my feet well. They are comfortable and make me feel as though I am walking on a mat instead of the ground. I highly recommend Nike running shoes. I have always had good luck with them in terms of comfort and sizing.
