Fantastic Travel Pack!
My new Willow 40 came in the mail much quicker than anticipated as it was sent to an APO address in Europe. I was extremely impressed with Altrec's price, speed of shipping, and APO option. As for the bag -- we used it this weekend for a quick getaway to Austria and were incredibly impressed. My husband has the Mountainsmith's male version of the bag, and between the two, we had a ton of room for clothes, books, and camera equipment. I absolutely LOVE the detachable daypack. It isn't enormous, yet still holds a considerable amount of stuff (i.e. travel book, tickets, gorillapod for SLR, an extra lens, and an external flash). The bag fits comfortably on my shoulders and in the center of my back while traveling around during the day, and easily hooks back to the main pack. I'm 5'9" and felt the bag fit securely on my back. It wasn't so big that I felt dwarfed under it, but also not too small so that I couldn't fit anything inside. The straps are very easy to adjust according to height or weight. It has a couple of clips on the bottom, too, that are perfect for carrying my full size tripod (a big bonus for me as a photographer). One addition I would like to see to this bag would be a couple more external pockets for easier access to more items, but that didn't cause a huge issue on this last trip. Overall, it's a great bag with a surprising amount of room. I'd highly recommend it for traveling!

Awesome!
This pack is great, it has lots of space and pockets. even a spot to add a water bag like a camel pack. Too cool! Definitely a good buy.
